The shipment came in from a great distance, everything was intact and made as specified. The lily fof the Valley Flower were very caringly accomplished into a beautiful necklace. The flowers were perfect! The pearls were a little small, but that is to be expected with trying to keep the price for the people who do really appreciate. Kind people to work with. I did not like the shipping label on the package of the worth value (but probably customs have to add that?), my wife saw it first and she said is this what it cost 20.00 dollars. Did not matter, she loved it, but I had to explain to her the logistics. So, I would say, intercept the package if it is a gift before it gets in the hands of your loved one. Also, the message I asked to be added got lost in transistion from email to the actual shipping (It was not a deal breaker). I understand, the many hands things go thru. So all in all an A+.

My wife loved it but….
The piece is beautiful and my wife loved it but I ordered the silver chain instead of gold. It came with the silver chain as ordered however the chain is so short. I am not sure who it would fit at that length. Not a huge deal as I will take her to get an appropriate length chain. Thank you very much and again it is beautiful and my wife loves it.
